We pride our selves in offering the best pins at the highest quality and we value your business and will do our best to make things right.
We are sorry you are not satisfied but don’t despair! We are here to help!
We vet each and every shipment from our factory to separate any defective items from our stock. Occasionally something gets by on us. When this happens refer to these guidelines and contact us immediately once you have ascertained your order may qualify for a return or exchange.
Here are some guidelines for returns and notes about condition.
Due to the nature of the manufacturing process irregularities in condition are quite common and there is a distinguishable difference between damaged pins and factory irregularities. We will not accept returns for pins with common small irregularities.
Some examples or irregularities include but are not limited to:
Small marks that remain unnoticeable except under scrutiny.
A slightly bent post
Slight epoxy overfill/underfill
A stuck backer
All sales are final.
You Must notify us first before initiating a return. Failure to do us may disqualify your claim. Returns are only accepted in the case of a damaged or defective item.
You have 10 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item .
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have a proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are not satisfied with your pin we will accept an exchange in some cases of factory irregularities. You will be responsible for shipping costs due to exchange. Exchanges are only available as long as our supply lasts. Pins may only be exchanged for the same type and colorway ordered.
If you are interested in exchanging your purchase for a different item you may only do so within the first 24 hours from original purchase.
Missing or stolen mail:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen mail.
Unfortunately from time to time mail gets lost or delivered to a wrong location.
Check your address before submitting your order
We are not the post office and can only tell you what we see by tracking your package.
We will absolutely help you in any way we can however the best thing is always to check with your local post person and post office IMMEDIATELY.
